Powerflexpolyurethane bushings aredesigned to decrease the amount of deflection in your car'ssuspension for better handling, driver feedback, and tire wear.Powerflex uses premium polyurethane materials for minimal NVH(noise, vibration, harshness) and increased longevity over thestock rubber bushings. The quality of Powerflex products can beseen the moment you open the box: premium polyurethane, detailedmoldings, lube holding grooves and knurls, and 304 stainlesssleeves. Each kit is supplied with a copper-based grease forextended squeak-free operation. In many applications (if noted indiagram), we have polyurethane engine/drivetrain mounts andreinforcements to reduce movement for better throttle response andmore power to the wheels.

Powerflexbushings do not come in complete chassis kits. Our bushings come àla carte to fit each customer's needs. An automobile's bushings andmounts wear at different rates making "complete-kit" bushing setsunnecessary for many car owners. Replacing only the "weak links" inyour car's suspension is a great way to tighten handling withoutstressing the budget.Bushings come in pre-determined durometers(measured hardness) engineered to reduce bushing deflection whilekeeping NVH to an absolute minimum. Some locations have an optionalstiffer durometer material for an even higher level of performanceand feedback. Please contact us for custom durometerapplications.

Powerflexcopper-based grease is supplied with every dynamicproduct. We suggest usingonly a copper-based grease for lubrication. Due to groovesand knurls cast into the material to hold the lubricant, bushingswill rarely need re-lubing. We do not suggest using an"anti-seize" product for lubrication.

All Powerflexbushings are made in the UK and come with a 1 year, unlimited milewarranty.
